The Mind Behind S/F
Eliza Christopher, the owner of South Fork Photography, is originally from Du Bois, NE. Her passion for agriculture began on her family's farm, where she grew up showing livestock. Her journey into livestock photography was inspired by her active participation in 4-H and FFA, which ignited her lifelong love for the industry.
After graduating from Northwest Missouri State University, Eliza moved to Southern Idaho, where she continues to build strong connections within the agricultural community. Throughout her career, she has been fortunate to travel across the country, capturing the essence and grit of commercial agriculture and livestock shows.
Eliza is excited to work with you and help you preserve your cherished memories through her photography.
The Brand
The name "South Fork" comes from Eliza's family farm, located in the heart of South Fork Township in southeastern Nebraska. Her family farm specializes in the production of corn, soybeans, and cattle. As the sixth generation to work on the family farm, Eliza wanted to honor her family's legacy beyond the farm itself. Her passion for agriculture developed in South Fork, making it the perfect name to carry on that tradition.
